Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Urbanco-tamien LLC, we are committed to delivering your order accurately and on time. We currently ship exclusively to locations within the United States.

1. Shipping Areas

We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing & Timelines

Note: Sales tax is collected at a rate of 0% where applicable, unless governed otherwise by specific state nexus laws.

3. Carriers

We utilize USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery of your packages.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

5. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Urbanco-tamien LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check your surroundings and contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) directly to file a claim. While we assist where possible, we are not liable for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
