Returns & Refunds Policy

Urbanco-tamien LLC wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

We have a 21-day return policy. You have 21 days from the date your item shows as “Delivered” in the carrier tracking system to request a return.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it.
• Unused and unworn.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale items.
• Clearance items.
• Custom-made or personalized orders.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Urbanco-tamien LLC will cover the return shipping costs.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. Photo evidence of damage is required to process a claim for defective items.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer direct exchanges for change of mind (e.g., different color). In such cases, please return the item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
